Brand new in sealed box. The batteries on this still work but I can't guarantee they still will when this reaches your door as this was produced in 2001. The base lights up with the press of a button. If you plan on opening this to wear I am afraid I have no information as to the size of the ring or if it even comes out of the box. As such I sell this as a sealed collectible for display only. Returns only on unopened item received in same condition. See pictures for condition of box which to my eye is excellent.
